Privacy notice

This notice explains what personal data is processed when you use previa90.com, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

Who is responsible

The data controller is Previa 90, located in Ciudad de México, México. Contact: [email protected].

What data we process

  • No sign-up. You can read all of Previa 90 without an account and without giving us your name or email.
  • Read counts. To build “Most read” we count how many times each preview is opened. We only store the preview and the number of reads; we do not store your IP or anything that identifies you.
  • Technical data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) receives technical data such as your IP address and browser type to serve the page and protect it from attacks. We may use its visitor statistics, which use no cookies and do not identify you.
  • Fonts. The site’s fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP to deliver them.
  • If you email us. We only use your address and what you tell us to reply.

We do not process sensitive personal data.

Why we use it

To show you the site, keep it secure, see which previews are read most and answer your messages. We do not sell or rent your data and do not use it to send you advertising.

Cookies and storage

Previa 90 does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser keeps one temporary item (for the session) so your read of the same preview is not counted twice; it is deleted when you close the tab.

Advertising and third-party sites

Ads are images with a link. If you click one, you go to a third-party site (for example, a bookmaker) with its own privacy policy. We do not share your data with advertisers.

Transfers

We only share technical data with the providers we need to run the site (hosting and fonts), which may be outside Mexico. We make no other transfers unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to [email protected]. Include your name, your request and how we can reply. We will respond within the legal time limits.

Minors

Previa 90 is aimed at people aged 18 and over and does not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
