Match preview
Buffalo have won five of their six games and carry a two-game winning streak. Their only loss was 29-26 to the Patriots in Week 4, which is also their only defeat at home, where they are 2-1.
The Bills won 37-34 at the Rams and 33-30 at the Raiders in their two most recent outings. Before that they beat the Chargers 24-16 and the Lions 41-31. They are 3-0 on the road.
The offense averages 32.8 points per game, the best mark in the NFL. The defense is the weak spot, allowing 28.5 points per game (171 in six games), and Sports Illustrated ranks it third-worst in the league for points conceded.
Josh Allen drives it all. He has completed 114 of 171 passes for 1,504 yards, nine touchdowns and four interceptions. He has also run for 240 yards and eight touchdowns, the most in the league. He needs 39 yards to reach 5,000 career rushing yards.
Baltimore come in on a two-game losing run: 13-10 at Cleveland and 35-13 at home to the Bengals. They are 0-2 in the division, last in the AFC North, and 1-2 at home.
Before that they won 30-23 at Atlanta, 24-18 over the Titans and 34-31 at Dallas. They are 3-1 away from home.
The offense averages 24.1 points per game (169 in seven) and the defense allows 23.9 (167). The recent problem is the second half. According to the team's official site, the Ravens were outscored 48-0 in the third and fourth quarters of their last two games.
Lamar Jackson returns after missing three games with a high ankle sprain. He had thrown for 967 yards in four games before the injury, and Tyler Huntley filled in during his absence.
Buffalo have won four of the last five meetings: 41-40 in Week 1 of 2025, 27-25 in the playoffs in January 2025, 23-20 in 2022 and 17-3 in January 2021. Baltimore won 35-10 in September 2024.
This is an AFC clash with a playoff feel. Buffalo come off their bye week and lead their division despite an 0-1 mark inside it. Baltimore are looking to end a bad run before their season slips further.

Injury report
Lamar Jackson carries no game designation after a full week of practice. Head coach Jesse Minter said the Ravens expect to have him, though the quarterback acknowledged some ankle discomfort remains. Safety Jaylinn Hawkins and guard Vega Ioane, both with knee issues, were listed as questionable, and CBS Sports lists them as out in the final report.
Tavius Robinson (pectoral), Durham Smythe (Achilles), Ethan Pocic and Danny Pinter (knee) remain on injured reserve.
For Buffalo, WR DJ Moore (shoulder) and Ed Oliver (knee) are listed as questionable. CBS Sports also includes offensive tackle Spencer Brown (back), cornerback Dee Alford (ankle), tight end Dalton Kincaid (chest) and defensive tackle Greg Gaines (lower body) in its final report. Wide receiver Tyrell Shavers (knee) is out. Zane Durant and Jordan Hancock remain on injured reserve.
We expect the Bills to edge it 31-27 at home. Jackson returns with rhythm still to rebuild, and Baltimore's defense arrives after two second-half collapses. Allen and an offense scoring more than 32 points per game carry more weight in what looks like a high-scoring contest.
