The Tennessee Titans host the Cleveland Browns in Week 7 of the NFL season on Sunday, October 25, at 1pm ET (11am in Mexico City) at Nissan Stadium in Nashville.
Tennessee enters at 1-5 and sits fourth in the AFC South. Cleveland is 4-2 and leads the AFC North.
Match preview
Tennessee lost its first five games and earned its first win in Week 6, 26-20 at the Colts. Before that, the Titans fell 26-3 to Houston and 24-18 in Baltimore.
The offense averages 14.0 points per game (84 in six outings) and the defense allows 21.5 (129). The Titans rank last in the NFL in passing yards, at 153.5 per game.
Cam Ward went 11-of-22 for 102 yards, one touchdown and one interception against Indianapolis. He has averaged 5.0 yards per attempt or fewer in four of six games. Carnell Tate leads the team with 29 catches for 344 yards.
The Titans are 0-3 at Nissan Stadium. The defense carried them in Indianapolis, with six sacks and three forced turnovers. Jeffery Simmons has four sacks this season, and Tony Pollard has 349 yards on 87 carries.
Cleveland is 4-2 and tops the AFC North after a 13-10 win over the Ravens in Week 6. The Browns have not led the division this late in a season since 2014.
The offense averages 17.7 points per game (106 in six) and 94.0 rushing yards. Deshaun Watson has been sacked 24 times, the most in the NFL. The defense allows 20.3 points (122).
That defense has given up one rushing touchdown and has gone 51 straight games without allowing a 300-yard passer, the longest active streak. Over the past five weeks, it has played man coverage more than any team, on 45.2% of snaps.
On the road, Cleveland is 1-2, compared with 3-0 at home. The Browns lost 17-12 at the Jets but beat the Steelers 27-24 and the Panthers 21-18. Rookie Denzel Boston has 345 yards and three touchdowns.
The Titans won the last meeting, 31-29 in Cleveland in December 2025, when Pollard ran for 161 yards and two scores. Before that, the Browns won 27-3 in 2023 and 41-35 in 2020, while the Titans won 43-13 in 2019 and 12-9 in 2017. Tennessee leads the last five 3-2.
Cleveland is chasing a 5-2 start, which it has not managed since 2020. Tennessee is still looking for a first home win. Both offenses rank among the weakest in the league, so sacks and turnovers could decide this one.

Injury report
Cleveland is without QB Dillon Gabriel (back, injured reserve), DT Mike Hall Jr. (ankle), DT Kalia Davis (quadricep, injured reserve) and guard Teven Jenkins (back). Watson runs the offense.
The Browns have four players questionable: safety Grant Delpit (concussion, shoulder), running back Dylan Sampson (knee, a possible activation from injured reserve), cornerback Denzel Ward (hand) and linebacker Quincy Williams (neck).
Tennessee ruled out no one. Wide receiver Calvin Ridley (hip) is questionable after missing practice Thursday and Friday, and running back Tyjae Spears (knee) is also listed. Safeties Tony Adams (ankle) and Kevin Winston Jr. (quadricep) finished the week as full participants.
We think Cleveland edges this one 20-17. Ward has struggled against man coverage, which the Browns use more than any defense in the league. Still, Simmons and the Titans' pass rush can pressure a heavily sacked Watson, and that should keep the game tight to the end.
