Predicted line-ups, prediction and how to watch for Leeds vs Tottenham: everything you need to know before the game.

Leeds United host Tottenham Hotspur at Elland Road on Saturday in Matchweek 10 of the Premier League, with kick-off at 12:30 GMT (06:30 in Mexico City).

The hosts sit 12th on 11 points with a goal difference of +1, while Spurs are ninth on 12 points with a goal difference of zero.

Match preview

Leeds started the season brightly, but the early momentum has faded. Daniel Farke's side are winless in their last five league games, with three draws and two defeats, scoring just twice and conceding five in that run.

The latest setback was a 2-0 loss at Bournemouth on 31 October. Before that, they drew 0-0 at Sunderland and 1-1 with Manchester United, lost 2-1 to Arsenal and drew 0-0 with Crystal Palace.

Elland Road has remained a relatively safe space, though. Leeds are unbeaten at home with one win and three draws from four, scoring six and conceding three. Dominic Calvert-Lewin leads the way with three goals.

Tottenham are heading in the opposite direction. They have won three league games in a row, beating Coventry City 3-1, winning 2-0 at Chelsea and then seeing off Crystal Palace 2-0 on 31 October. That run has brought seven goals for and one against.

Before that sequence, Spurs drew 1-1 with Manchester United and lost 3-2 to Aston Villa. The shaky start left them in the lower reaches, but they now occupy ninth place.

Their away record is more modest, with one win, two draws and one defeat from four, scoring three and conceding four. At home they have won two, drawn one and lost two. They registered 19 corners against Palace, a sign of their recent attacking volume.

The head-to-head record strongly favours the visitors. Tottenham have not lost any of the last five league meetings, winning four and drawing one. The most recent was a 1-1 draw on 11 May 2026.

At Elland Road, Spurs won 2-1 on 4 October 2025 and 4-1 on 28 May 2023. They also won 4-3 in November 2022 and 4-0 away from home in February of that year.

Both sides are in mid-table, separated by a single point. A Leeds win would take them above Tottenham, who are chasing a fourth consecutive victory. John Brooks is the referee.

Team news

Leeds have several concerns. Anton Stach was unable to train this week with a foot problem, while Farke is cautiously optimistic that Calvert-Lewin will be fit. Noah Okafor remains out with a groin injury, and Joe Rodon is a doubt with a hamstring issue, although he has been called up by Wales.

For Tottenham, Rodrigo Bentancur is available again after serving a three-match suspension, though he may begin on the bench. Destiny Udogie needs more time, and Mykhailo Mudryk is still out with an ankle injury.

Lucas Bergvall, Sávio and Tosin Adarabioyo are still recovering, although sources differ on Bergvall. There are also reports that James Maddison and captain Micky van de Ven missed training at some point this week. The predicted XIs above are unconfirmed.

We think Tottenham will edge it 2-1 away from home. Leeds remain unbeaten at Elland Road, but they have scored only twice in their last five and come in with doubts in attack and midfield. Spurs have won three in a row, dominate this fixture historically and have enough quality in the final third to take advantage.
